You think ahead, spot potential challenges before they become problems, and ensure that every architectural concept not only works on paper but is also technically feasible.

This is how you contribute to our projects:

• You translate design concepts into technically sound and feasible solutions. You are part of our team of experts, and our collective knowledge & experience are at your disposal whenever needed.
• You safeguard technical feasibility and quality throughout the entire design process.
• You actively participate in all project phases from start to finish.
• You identify technical bottlenecks at an early stage and work with the team to come up with smart solutions.
• You ensure that ideas not only work on paper but are also technically feasible.
• You act as a connecting link between designers and technical specialists.
• You strengthen the technical foundation of the firm and contribute to smooth collaboration within the project team.
• You focus on technical quality and feasibility. Modeling is not your main task, but you know exactly what is needed to create a good model.

Who you are

• You are trained as an architect and have a passion for the technical side of the profession. If you do not have an academic background but are very interested in this vacancy, we also have opportunities for you.
• Experience with Archicad is a plus; affinity with Archicad/Revit is a must.
• You are a connector between design and technology and are able to bring projects to a successful conclusion.
• You are a true team player. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and know that working together leads to better results.
• You have experience with construction engineering during the Design Development (DO) and Technical Design (TO) phases.
• You have knowledge of the Dutch Building Decree and other relevant laws and regulations, and you can interpret and apply them correctly.
• You have at least 5 years of proven work experience in a similar position.
• You have a good command and understanding of spoken and written Dutch and can interpret it correctly. If you want to further improve your Dutch language skills, you can use your annual study budget for this as well.

• A salary that matches your work experience, typically within scale 6 or 7 of the CAO SFA.
