Glasfabriek B.V. (Dudok Real Estate and Blauwhoed) is taking a major step forward with the launch of the next phase of the De Glasfabriek area development. This phase, named ‘Kaft’ and designed by MoederscheimMoonen Architects, focuses on diversifying the range of housing along the Glaslaan, a new street to be developed.

Our team has expanded to include a new engineer: Doris Harding. With his technical expertise, fresh perspective, and enthusiasm, Doris contributes to a wide range of projects and smart technical solutions. We are delighted to have him on board and look forward to a successful collaboration!

With SCALA, we are designing an expressive corner building that brings together living, working, and culture, and completes the Eastern Development Field.
