We proudly delivered the design for the new, sustainable headquarters of our parent company, the TBP Group. Together with sister companies Scope Spatial Strategy and Sustain Real Estate Consultancy, our companies are housed in a renovated studio. The offices are located in the iconic Vertrekhal Oranjelijn in the Merwe-Vierhaven Area (M4H) in Rotterdam.

We are proud to share that we have been selected by Terrapin Development for the transformation of a business park on the Mient in Capelle aan den IJssel. Following a successful earlier development in this area, we are now taking the next step together toward a future-oriented and sustainable residential environment.

In the municipality of Barendrecht, construction has begun on our design Bloei, the final piece of the Vrouwenpolder area development. With this project, Dura Vermeer is realizing a diverse and affordable housing program comprising a total of 127 homes. Congratulations!

Amstel III is undergoing a transformation, and the residential tower Aurelia, which we designed, is part of it. Real estate developers COD and DUQER are the driving force behind this transformation, and we are grateful to be part of this special project. Aurelia now stands tall and brightens the Dutch sky with its gold-colored façade bands.

Experienced architect and architecture teacher Aldo Trim will be joining us this month as Chief Architect, in collaboration with Erik Moederscheim. We look forward to seeing our growing company flourish even more with someone of his expertise as part of our team.
In 2025, we will celebrate our 20th anniversary, and we will not only look back on our projects, but also focus on the future. Together with Aldo: "I am committed to consistently implementing the design methodology for the next 20 years."
