Project Distelweg in Amsterdam construction update: the Troldtekt ceilings have been installed, the wooden ayous ceilings are currently being fitted, and the pergola has been completed. Work on the street-level areas and the cladding for the floor edges of the office building has also begun. The final result is drawing closer and closer.

At the Bloei residential project in Barendrecht, precast concrete walls have been used that store more CO₂ than is emitted during their production. By combining low-carbon concrete with biochar made from organic waste streams, concrete becomes a CO₂ storage solution rather than a source of emissions. We are very excited about these developments, within our collaboration with Dura Vermeer!

Riva in Rotterdam is now for sale: 48 high-end apartments on the Scheepmakershaven, right in the heart of Wijnhaveneiland. The contemporary architecture combines spacious outdoor areas, privacy, and urban vibrancy with a serene living environment.

We modernized and extended a distinctive 1970s bungalow in Nuenen, transforming it into a contemporary villa while preserving its original qualities. Architecture, interior, and landscape form a unified whole, with the garden serving as the connecting element.

We are working on the redevelopment of the Eckart shopping centre in Eindhoven. Together with 3W Real Estate and the Municipality of Eindhoven, retail is being combined with residential use to create a contemporary, vibrant place.
