The highest point of Dear North has been reached – a significant milestone in the realization of this striking development on Distelweg in Amsterdam. This moment underscores the intensive collaboration and craftsmanship of all parties involved, including Dura Vermeer and Maarsen Groep.

The realization of our Bloei Barendrecht design is in full swing, and the first outlines of the neighborhood are becoming increasingly visible. In this new, green residential environment, connection, sustainability and quality of life take center stage, with a park serving as the beating heart of the area.

Our new Architect Project Leader, Roy Sieljes, lives with his family in Rotterdam, in a CPO project he developed together with his neighbors. He's a Feyenoord fan and enjoys playing football and running in his free time.

Marnix Prins earned his Master's degree in Architecture from TU Delft in 2022 and currently lives in The Hague. He'll be working at MoederscheimMoonen as an Assistant Designer, and in his free time, he always tries to plan his next hike. He also enjoys playing padel.

Mike has worked at MoederscheimMoonen Architects for over 7 years, as an Architect Project Manager and, since 2025, as an Associate. He has a passion for complex projects that combine creativity and technical precision. As an Associate, he also focuses on individual growth, the joy of his colleagues, and the further professionalization of work processes.
