Under construction! Commissioned by Maarsen Groep, we designed the building, which is a mix of rental apartments, lofts, office spaces, and communal facilities such as parking spaces and a coffee bar.

The area around Breda station is undergoing rapid development. South of the railway, a master plan has been drawn up for the Slingerweg, featuring a concept with separate office pavilions surrounded by greenery. Within this concept, we designed a new office building commissioned by Sustain Real Estate Consultancy.

In a green residential area in Nuenen, we are transforming a bungalow into an energy-neutral villa. The design preserves the unique character of the original floor plan and adds modern elements, such as organic shapes and a combination of plasterwork, wood, and stone. ATELIER9 Interior Projects is taking care of the interior. The project is currently underway.

Commissioned by the Westpoint Group, we have transformed the former Van Dam Hospital on the Westersingel in Rotterdam into apartments. Together with NOV’82 architects, we developed a plan in which the majestic facades of this municipal monument have been restored to their former glory. The building now enjoys a second life as 19 beautiful apartments, carefully integrated with attention and respect for the history of the location.

We have won the selection to design 153 homes on the site of the former Glass Factory in Schiedam! In the coming years, this area will be transformed into a vibrant residential and working environment under the leadership of Blauwhoed and Dudok Real Estate, and according to the urban development plan by Barcode Architects and DELVA. Within this project, we will realize social rental homes and affordable owner-occupied homes along the edge of the plan and along the existing contours of the Rotterdamsedijk.
