New team member Kim Langhout has been responsible for our internal and external communication as Marketing and Communications Manager since April. Humanity and connection are central to the content Kim creates, a message and depth that we warmly welcome.

We are proud to welcome Romano van den Dool as Head of Engineering! Since January, he has strengthened our team in this new, crucial role, leading our technical department. As the technical equivalent of the chief architect, he plays a key role in translating design into execution.

What started in a student room has grown into a strong architectural firm. Now, together with Scope Spatial Strategy and Sustain Real Estate Consultancy, we form a powerful collective within the TBP Group. This milestone marks 20 years of MoederscheimMoonen and the entrepreneurship of Erik Moederscheim and Ruud Moonen. Together with our team, they realize impactful projects – something to be proud of! That’s why we are celebrating this anniversary with an inspiring city trip and a year full of festivities. Here’s to the next 20 years: the best is yet to come!

We are proud to start working on the design of a new training complex for Roda JC Kerkrade. This unique building, located on historic grounds in Kaalheide, will become the beating heart of the club, bringing together the football academy, the first team, and the offices under one roof. A great step towards a promising future for Roda JC. 

Our design won the tender for a new building on Insulindestraat in Rotterdam! With Via Insulae, we are creating a new connection between the railway triangle and the Hofbogenpark. The building offers 28 mid-range owner-occupied apartments. With a cozy passage towards the park, a gallery on the corner, and green balconies, the new building creates a small social oasis in the busy city.
