Commissioned by the Westpoint Group, we have transformed the former Van Dam Hospital on the Westersingel in Rotterdam into apartments. Together with NOV’82 architects, we developed a plan in which the majestic facades of this municipal monument have been restored to their former glory. The building now enjoys a second life as 19 beautiful apartments, carefully integrated with attention and respect for the history of the location.

We have won the selection to design 153 homes on the site of the former Glass Factory in Schiedam! In the coming years, this area will be transformed into a vibrant residential and working environment under the leadership of Blauwhoed and Dudok Real Estate, and according to the urban development plan by Barcode Architects and DELVA. Within this project, we will realize social rental homes and affordable owner-occupied homes along the edge of the plan and along the existing contours of the Rotterdamsedijk.

Commissioned by Ipse de Bruggen, we designed a movement center at the Hooge Burch care estate in Zwammerdam. This new complex is part of one of the many innovations on the estate, where 500 clients of the care institution live and enjoy recreation in a green environment. The movement center will serve as the place for relaxation and guided physical activity for people with intellectual disabilities.

In collaboration with the municipality, this area, located between the Erasmus University campus and the A16, is being transformed into a vibrant residential environment with 3,000 homes. Commissioned by BakkersHommen, we are designing a building that forms an ensemble with the designs of Roffaa, Marc Koehler, and Group A.

Together with Dura Vermeer and Felixx, we won the tender for a new neighborhood in the Vrouwenpolder district of Barendrecht. Between the Oude Maas and the town center, 127 owner-occupied and rental homes will be built here. Bloei will not only become a residential area, but also the vibrant heart and meeting point for all residents of the Vrouwenpolder district, with the park serving as the green heart.
