We have some exciting news! MoederscheimMoonen Architects has won the tender for the Sporthal Boshoven in Weert. Our design forms a striking centerpiece within the large-scale redevelopment of Sportpark Boshoven into Open Park Weert – a vibrant, multifunctional and green city park where sports, relaxation and socializing take center stage.

A welcome development in our 20th anniversary year is the appointment of five new associates: Aldo Trim, Boy Hoffs, Maarten de Roij, Mike Pennings, and Romano van den Dool. With this step, we strengthen our management structure and continue to build a future focused on collaboration, personal growth, and professional development.

We proudly delivered the design for the new, sustainable headquarters of our parent company, the TBP Group. Together with sister companies Scope Spatial Strategy and Sustain Real Estate Consultancy, our companies are housed in a renovated studio. The offices are located in the iconic Vertrekhal Oranjelijn in the Merwe-Vierhaven Area (M4H) in Rotterdam.

We are proud to share that we have been selected by Terrapin Development for the transformation of a business park on the Mient in Capelle aan den IJssel. Following a successful earlier development in this area, we are now taking the next step together toward a future-oriented and sustainable residential environment.
