Mike has worked at MoederscheimMoonen Architects for over 7 years, as an Architect Project Manager and, since 2025, as an Associate. He has a passion for complex projects that combine creativity and technical precision. As an Associate, he also focuses on individual growth, the joy of his colleagues, and the further professionalization of work processes.

Lena completed her Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning and Built Environment at TU Delft. For her graduation project, she designed a building complex that combines waste processing facilities and housing. And now she's part of our team! Starting this February 2026, she will be working as an Assistant Designer at MoederscheimMoonen.

The residential tower we designed for the Distelweg project in Amsterdam is almost at its highest point! Meanwhile, the timber-framed inner cavity walls are being installed, including in the office. Furthermore, the parking garage is now also on the first floor. Construction is progressing smoothly, and with each floor we reach, we see Distelweg coming more and more to life.

We've got 20 years of experience, fresh energy, and plenty of motivation! We're looking forward to everything 2026 will bring: new projects, new encounters and new ideas. Together with our team and partners, we'll continue to work on environments that connect people and are future-proof. We wish everyone a healthy and inspiring 2026.

Maarten is also one of our newly appointed Associates, alongside Boy. He's been an Architect Project Leader at MoederscheimMoonen Architects for quite some time and has been operating as associate since last year. He's strongly committed to balancing ingenuity and enjoyment, something he brings to his work every day.
