SPOT residential tower Aurelia in Amsterdam

Amstel III is undergoing a transformation, and the residential tower Aurelia, which we designed, is part of it. Real estate developers COD and DUQER are the driving force behind this transformation, and we are grateful to be part of this special project. Aurelia now stands tall and brightens the Dutch sky with its gold-colored façade bands.

Construction on Distelweg in full swing

The new residential and office tower we designed on Distelweg in Amsterdam is beginning to take shape. A large part of the structure is in place, and more than half of the residential tower is visible. The window frames for the residential tower have also arrived on site and will be installed soon. The shell construction of the first floor of the office spaces has been completed. It won’t be long before Buiksloterham transforms into a city district where living and working are combined.
